Our process begins with technical site visits across the circuit during June and July, where we assess each location in detail and understand its spatial, structural, and experiential potential. From there, we move into a collaborative brainstorming phase, defining creative directions and possible activations for each venue. We then design and preview the spaces, developing multiple concepts and rendering variations to clearly communicate the vision and allow for precise decision-making. Each proposal is built with both aesthetics and technical execution in mind. As the event approaches, the focus shifts to full-scale production — overseeing installation, coordinating all technical elements, and programming lighting and visual systems. Finally, during the event, we operate and fine-tune each venue in real time, ensuring a seamless and high-impact experience.
